There are many different events, and we can accommodate small parties, rehearsal dinners and showers with 20+ guests to bigger functions such as reunions, weddings and corporate events with 100 to 900 or more guests.  Our menus start at $10 per person for specific lunch buffets or boxed lunches and range up to $30 per person for formal sit down dinner events with 4 -6 courses. 
On average a full buffet dinner is between $15-$22 per guest,
and a hor d'oeuvre menu averages $13 - $17 per guest depending on the items you choose

We can even start with a limited menu and add on items.  We also provide all staffing, and this depends on the maintenance and number of guests.  Non-alcoholic beverages, rolls, crackers and side sauces are included in all of the menus. 
Pricing varies with event head counts and location.  Locations outside of the immediate Triad may have guest minimums or travel fees for small events.  Contact us directly to accurately price your group size.

and choose your own menu!  Carving stations, International 

and Southern style menus also available.

Vegetable penne pasta in a white wine cream sauce

Mashed potato martini station with toppings and gravy

Parmesan crusted baked chicken breasts

Prime Rib carving station with horseradish and Au Juis

    Large fresh fruit and cheese display with crackers and décor

   Choice of 2 passed hor d'oeuvres - bacon wrapped scallops, stuffed mushrooms, crab balls, ginger chicken & water chestnut skewers, shrimp cocktail shooters, vegetable trumpets or many others

    Mixed greens salad with roasted almonds, shaved parmesan, basil and tomatoes tossed in a champagne vinaigrette (or other choice of dressings)

     Intermezzo:  Martini served lemon sorbet with shaved lemon zest

      Entree:  (can be adjusted)

 Parmesan crusted baked chicken

                   AND

4 oz. Filet topped with a port cherry demi-glace

Over garlic mashed potatoes with roasted vegetables

 *can also switch meats around to suit your needs  

   Served with fine organic breads, rolls or bread

Bar Prices:

Beer/Wine  - unlimited $12 per guest

Beer/Wine/Champagne/Mixed Drinks  - unlimited $16 per guest

Cash bar  - $2 beers, $5 wine, $3 champagne, $5 mixed drinks

Or:

Run a tab, based on consumption paid at end of event

Signature drinks and champagne only

A timed bar and/or set your own budget

Upgrade to a premium or top shelf bar with special items

*Bar prices include all bar staff, glassware, set up, condiments and linens

*Charge per guest pertains only to persons over 21

*Visions provides full alcohol liability insurance at no charge

* Based on 4 hour consumption time
